Puff Pastry Apple Pie Filling. Starting at the short side, roll up like a jelly roll. With the short side facing you, spoon the pie filling on the bottom half of the pastry to within 1 inch of the edge.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Fold the pastry diagonally from one corner to the other in a triangle shape, enclosing the filling inside. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top of the filling.

Use a fork to press and seal the edges together or you can just pinch all along the edges tightly, which is what i did. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Cut puff pastry dough in half down the center to make two pieces (each 4 3/4 x 10 1/2 inches) arrange apples in a tight row lengthwise down the middle of one puff pastry sheet leaving a one inch border on all sides. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for eight minutes.
